Product Overview
The Color Control Module 7100 Vent with 2.1 Software is used in the anesthesia delivery system used in Aspire 7100 machines. The control module is a major component of the ventilator system. The ventilator is an integral component of the Aespire 7100 anesthesia machine. The ventilator is a microprocessor based, electronically-controlled, pneumatically driven ventilator with a built-in monitoring system for inspired oxygen, airway pressure and exhaled volume. The control module is mounted on either a folding mount or on a display arm. In addition to the power cord signals between the control module and the machine mounted components are sent through three cables that pass through the side of the machine and connect to the rear of the control module. The color control module consists of a control board, LCD display, power supply, keyboard and a backup supply. It is of two enclosures, the front enclosure and the rear enclosure. The front enclosure consists of a control board, backlight inverter, color LCD display, keyboard front panel, rotary encoder, speaker and the rear enclosure consists of inline fuses, power supply, cooling fan and backup battery. It receives Alternating Current (AC) power supply from the anesthesia machine. This module is used in products like Aespire 7100, Aespire 100 and S/5 Protiva anesthesia machines.
