The Column Assembly consists of column top assembly, column shell assembly, column Spring assembly, cable ball retainer, scroll cover assembly, column cable anchor, column carriage assembly, column pivot sleeve machining, carriage safety activation plate and many other components. All the components in the assembly are manufactured using high precision techniques which helps it to achieve a good surface finish as well as maintain good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the parts ensures their perfect fit as per the requirement. The high-grade materials used for the components have good mechanical properties like tensile strength, impact and wear resistance which ensures a long-lifespan for the components. The high-grade materials also help to make the components light in weight without compromising its integral strength. All the parts in the assembly are free from burrs and sharp edges improving the safety aspect of the assembly. All the fasteners have a high proof load capacity. All part shall be ROHS compliant per 5240305GSP with documentation level 2.
