This Disk Drive used for an internal hard drive which is the primary storage device located inside a 9800 system. The capacity of this hard disk is 80GB and its spindle rotation speed is 7200 RPM. The drive comes with a PATA (Parallel Advanced Technology Attachment) interface which is often used for connecting hard drives into computer systems. The hard drive comes with perpendicular recording and Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) recording heads which are used for increasing areal density. This quiet operation HDD supports multiple read and write commands, on-the-fly error-correction algorithms and Self-monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology. Following system requirements, the hard disk is formatted and partitioned at 2GB. This drive can be used with OEC MiniView 6800, OEC 8800, OEC UroView 2800 and OEC 9800 systems.
