Product Overview
The Gas Spring is assembled with components such as piston rod, cylinder, connecting parts, various turned parts, seals, oil, grease and nitrogen. The piston rods and the cylinders are manufactured with steel and are powder coated. Seals, oil and grease are free of substances which are listed as hazardous or dangerous goods list. Nitrogen is an inert gas, which is inflammable and has no health risks. The life cycle of the gas springs is approximately 50.000-100.000 double strokes. To achieve the best damping characteristic of the gas spring, the piston rod should show downwards. The gas springs have an integrated grease chamber which gives the flexibility to install it in any direction. The gas spring system offers the greatest possible flexibility in every size, force and implementation. Gas springs are used in almost all the places in the industrial field. The gas spring is RoHS compliant. It is used in many devices such as XM Senographe 800T, CT LightSpeed 5.X HP60 16-Slice, UL Vivid i, CT LightSpeed 3.X Ultra 8-Slice, UL Vivid S6 and UL LOGIQ 9.
