Product Overview
The Kit- MAC 1600 Paper Tray and Printer Door contains printer tray assembly. The roller is manufactured using a combination of aluminum alloy and rubber. The inner core of the roller is made of aluminum alloy which has good mechanical values and the outer surface of the roller is made from vulcanized rubber. The vulcanization helps to improve rubber properties like tensile strength and abrasion resistance. The ball bearings used in the assembly have a good fatigue life and dynamic load carrying capacity. The tray spacer, tray button, connector cover and paper tray are made from a plastic alloy which has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength and good impact resistance which ensures a long life span for the parts. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The stepper motor used in the assembly not only provides a high continuous torque output but also has a long life which is provided by high quality bearing assembly. The gear wheels are manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the gear wheels in the required assembly.
